Schedule Breakdown

• 12:20 PM – Depart from the church in the church van

• Lunch Stop – Swing by Taco Bell (students purchase their own food)

• Escape Room Experience – Approximately 1 hour

• Return Trip – Head back to the church

• 3:15 PM – Arrive back at the church

Cost & Payment

• Register online or bring $20 per student for the escape room

• Extra money for Taco Bell (optional, student’s choice)

What to Bring

• $20 for the escape room

• Additional money for food (if desired) or something for lunch

• A great attitude and readiness to work as a team!

Our Grand Prix is an exciting racing event where kids design, build, and race their own wooden cars.

Families, friends can cheer on the racers as they compete for speed and design awards. It’ll be a high-energy day of creativity, fun, and fellowship.

While we hope that all participants would join us Wednesday nights for Awana, kids registering do not have to be a part of the program.

Building The Car

Cars must be purchased through Lake Bible or the Awana website. Kids may build their car with the help of a parent, grandparent, guardian, or older sibling. Leaders should assist kids who don’t have access to tools.

• Max Weight: 5 oz

• Max Length: 7"

• Max Width: 2¾"

• Max Height: 3"

• Chassis Clearance: At least ⅜"

• Use only Awana kit wheels and axles

• No wheel modifications that reduce size/weight

• No starting devices; cars must be freewheeling

Bring the whole family for a cozy night of fun and fellowship! All ages are welcome as we watch Christmas Movie, along with a few festive pre-show shorts.

• Popcorn, pizza, and candy

• Christmas cookie decorating station

Come laugh, relax, and enjoy time together with your church family. Christmas pajamas encouraged!
